You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Services.
- Use the Services in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems.
- Use the Services to develop a competing product.
04 Intellectual Property
The Services, including all software, hardware designs, models, trademarks, and content, are owned by Supercritical AI Inc. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.
05 Fees
Paid Services are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in your order form.
06 Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
MORO products are designed for performance, training, and rehabilitation analytics. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
07 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Supercritical AI Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
08 Term & Termination
These Terms remain in effect until terminated. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.
09 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
